My name is Roi Mor. After years in Israeli high-tech and startups, a personal crisis during the Covid period led me on a journey of deep change. I understood that true happiness isn’t found in possessions, but in genuine connection with yourself and those around you.

I live my path – not just teach it. I believe in combining lightness within the spiritual journey, alongside a deep understanding that this isn’t really a path that ends, and yes it’s scary, but in my eyes, fear is an incredible indication of personal development potential.

I’m also one of the founders of the wellness center Hormesis, where I guide groups and lead various business processes.
